Marks Electrical changed the delivery address on my order without authorisation, confirmation or request from me to do so. They attempted to deliver to the wrong address and then also attempted to blame me for the error.
They were of no help in resolving the issue - I had to suffer by making myself available on another day for them to re-deliver.
Customer service is a joke.
