Really cool easy company to deal with, we have had an issue with delivery, but it was sorted without any problem. We have bought 3 appliances on two different occasions, the fridge freezer I didn’t like got changed no questions asked. Staff was so helpful. Also last washer dryer we bought, decided to install it ourselves, got a bit confused with the bottom part, but gave them a call and got it sorted. I am genuinely impressed and really happy with the actual company and customer service. One issue we’ve encountered was their delivery driver. Very bizarre situation, their driver called us, informed that he will be 5minutes, but never turned up. I do think it was a one off and only it was just his “uniqueness “. The company made a delivery the next working day at 6:50 am. Gosh, I only wish they where in charge of Enstroga energy company.
