Sad to have to change banks. Was annoying for both my mother and myself. Part of HSBC but we haven't moved to HSBC despite the offer of an incentive as don't appreciate the reasons for having to switch account. My mother went back to her previous bank and myself am going back to a previous bank.
Won't be moving again. Sad they are closing but no problem.
Anyone banking with HSBC I'd think twice about banking with them which M and S was a part of. Only a matter of time before they pull out the UK banking market altogether like in France.
