OK unless you have a query.
1. In my experience the chat service is really poor.
Operators rarely understand what I am asking. (I don't have this problem with other chat services)
Replies can be difficult to understand. (I can only assume the chat is based in another country and that English is not a first language)
2. On the app there is no transaction search facility other than to go through every statement.
I would not recommend M&S bank just for the above reasons.
