Despite my appliance having no Serial Number, and drifting out of 2 year ownership, Samsung were happy to offer a One time Warranty repair, An Engineer arrived on behalf of Samsung from this company, who assessed the appliance (Tumble Dryer) Advised that he/they would need to order parts, even offered to replace the lid and left. Over a week later phoned this company to find that they have deemed my device 'customer damage' and can only order parts with a serial number... Basically said sorry we can't help you in any way whatsoever, condemning my appliance in a report to Samsung. Moreover the girl who dealt with my phonecall was condescending, quite abrupt and rude. I've represented Samsung as an HHP Engineer for over 8 years and regard the experience with this Company a dis-credit to the brand. Wouldn't ask this company for the time of day moving forward.
