I could never get the dates I wanted and was disappointed with the schedule that they wanted to give me. Finally I wanted to cancel my membership and told that I signed a contract and could not cancel. The Bell Blvd Bayside location has been charging me $85 a month for nearly a year for a service I don’t use and or want now. I am a senior on a fixed income. These charges are criminal. I don’t recommend Massage Envy to anyone. It’s just one big money grab. Keep you money.
