I very much recommend asking for Isis at Massage Envy in Petaluma, CA. I've had @ 10 session so far and she tailors each one based on what we discuss. I'm older but pretty active in sports, so it's really helpful to my recovery and health to have these sessions. Isis knows her craft, is as strong/firm as needed, and she communicates really well. It is a great value for preventative health - and I feel so much better after each session.
