Absolutely loving my massage gun! Needed this a few months ago. I've been struggling with a knee injury & have a tight IT Band. Its so difficult to foam roll yourself & its painful. Using the massage gun is brilliant. It gets in all the hard to reach places & I can gradually turn the power up as I'm ready. I've been using before & after training & loving it.
