Wow! Firstly: This is a great product and is helping me out with the tonnes of knots I get everyday carrying a heavy load at work all day. But secondly: I have more to say about the customer service. Matt and Charlotte are hands down the best in customer service- period! I had to communicate with them regarding a problem I had with their first gun they sent me. It stopped working and I sent them an email that night and they responded later that night with ideas how to fix it! When that didn’t work they sent me paperwork to send it back to them. When they themselves couldn’t find the problem they sent me a brand new one. This in no way reflects their product! But it reflects there passion and backing of this product and their desire to keep their customer base happy. At no time did I feel I had to chase them up for a response. In fact in one email I even told them not to bother emailing me that night about it but to wait until business hours, but they were so determined to get to the bottom of the problem and help me. They made me feel like I was their first and only customer ever. This is the sort of customer service that doesn’t exist anymore. Well done Matt and Charlotte on an excellent product but even more so, the best in customer service I have experienced in years!
