Its awesome thanks It has helped me tremendously with my injuries and my tight legs, I gain heaps more flexibility with my massage gun so yes it definitely has helped with my running and being able play proper hockey. Way better than the cheap versions too which I use to own. It broke too easy. This one is solid as in my opinion.
