Using a massage gun has seen the most relief for my chronic back pain. Love the different attachments and huge range of speeds. It is a little tricky to manoeuvre on my back myself so if you would like to use it on your back, would recommend getting someone else to do so. Can get practically any other muscle solo. Great quality and price!
