From the moment of purchase, various emails came through to update me every step of the way, from the time it was packaged, when it was scheduled to be picked up and all the way to my door.
Love what it does for my IT bands, legs and back.
Unfortunately, it got stolen a couple of days after receiving it 😔
Not to worry though, ill just have to replace it! It's worth every penny!!!!
