Very pleasant experience. I had issues somewhere between my computer and their servers uploading documents to start my account. All I needed to do was to contact customer service and was helped within 30 seconds. The gentleman who was helping me told me I could just sent him the files right on the chat and he installed them into my account. Best customer service I have ever experienced!! Thank you Masscoinex!
