I had a terrible experience with Massimo Dutti. A week ago, I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, but the package I received belonged to someone else. Despite multiple contacts with customer service via WhatsApp, all I got was vague responses claiming they are "managing my case." No official email, apology, or explanation has been provided. My order, worth over €300 and containing Christmas gifts, is still missing. They took my money, and I have nothing to show for it. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further. Completely unacceptable!
