I have bought several items from Massimo Dutti - two of which have been faulty. After six months of waiting for a reply, one of these Massimo said they'd refund, the other they refused to refund with no clear explanation. When I returned the one item they approved, they didn't acknowledge receipt. Their customer service email replies are unbelievably slow. Please please sort out your customer service and take quality issues more seriously for an expensive brand.
