I was stopped by security at the door because their alarm went off—despite only carrying a Zara bag with receipts and no tags. I felt embarrassed and treated like a suspect. When I went back to speak to the staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told the alarm was “faulty.” No apology, no concern. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
