Customer service (in NL at least, but I've seen similar reviews now) is terrible. One of the worst. Absolute malpractice. I ordered a package, they said my package was delivered, but it was not delivered. I still do not have the package. They never put me in contact with the delivery service company. I have called multiple times, messaged on WhatsApp multiple times, and sent many emails, but nothing has progressed. I haven't even received an update and it's been 2 weeks at this point. I have to reach out to them every single time to ask what is happening. I still have not received the package that I bought and ordered or been refunded for what I paid. I don't understand what is taking so long for them to fix this, but it's beyond ridiculous. Not sure what another 1 star review will do, but I'm losing patience. The clothe are nice, but you better hope they deliver it correctly, or you might have just paid for nothing.
