Just wanted my oven fixed, they charged $70 to come, said it was a thermostat fixed it was heating up good then 15minutes after they guys left it started beeping, I called the company to send them back but nobody answered, I turned off the breaker but sat in the dark. The next day I called again and was told they would come in 2 days.. so I could sit in the dark or listen to the beeping, they finally came today (day 3) same guys stopped the beeping good heat again and 15 minutes after they left it started again,when I called for them to come back I was told to unplug it from underneath ( I had no idea there was a plug underneath) if someone would have said that 3 days ago I wouldn't have sat in the dark for 3 days
