I would like to make a formal complaint on the services provided by the third party company Master fix business who does the fixing .. first of all I had an appointment that I was told was available to me when i scheduled the date. Then the technician and or master fix changed the date with out giving me any options. And when I contacted them. They refused to allow me to reschedule .. I mean who does that?? So I made proper arrangements and took off work and the technician did not show up and will not answer the phone.. I’ve missed money at work for a no show for master fix. This is unexceptionable and so un professional.. worse experience ever..
