We had borrowed our friends dog clippers before, and never got on with them. We have a five year old cockapoo who gets really matted. Not the cheapest, but well worth the money, and do the job. After four clips, the cost equalled four professional grooms, so the clippers were paid for. Each time we do it ( three so far ) we get more confident. I would not hesitate to recommend these clippers.
