Hi there I have a pair of masterclip clippers for my old horse who has Cushings disease so needs clipped . The clippers seemed not to be working so well and we were going to get a new pair but Amazon didn’t have the same ones Then we thought maybe the blades were blunt so we rang masterclip themselves and the lady I dealt with was fantastic Within two days the blades had arrived and it’s all working perfect I will always contact masterclip direct in future and buy clippers from them - cut out the middle man I say !!
