I sent in my clippers for repair and it turned out that the problem was with the blades I had recently had sharpened, not the clippers themselves. I had a phone call explaining what the issues might be and my clippers were returned to me free of charge. I really cannot fault their customer service and Adam was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Masterclip and will definitely be using them again.
