We ordered direct from their website & the items arrived very quickley We have used the clippers serveral times now and really pleased with the performance alway give a neat trim. Took us a little while to figure out how to remove/change the blade But looked on youtube & figured it out, so easy to do Would definately recommend anyone wanting a professional set of clippers. the price was a bit more than we wanted to pay, but the finish outways the cost Its good that you can order the different blades depending on your breed. We did have a cheap set from amazon before but the Masterclip totally out perform these
