My clippers were sent back to Masterclip as they were still under guarantee. I phoned on 13 September, 2022 for an update. I spoke to Anna who dealt with my inquiry in a most professional, efficient and polite manner. She is indeed an asset to Masterclip. Based on this experience I would thoroughly recommend Masterclip.
