Amazing service. I was using my 2014 Royale clippers on my section A pony on the 21st Dec. The clippers broke and due to Christmas nobody could fix them for weeks. I contacted Masterclip with a query about blades, they replied immediately and I ordered the HD Roamer. I missed guaranteed Christmas delivery by 2 days but ordered anyway. Much to my Delight the clippers arrived by 3pm the next day, fully charged and ready to go. So pleased with the service and the clippers. They made clipping a very hairy pony so quick and easy.
