Great company to deal with . I ordered a part from them for my horse clippers which when fitted failed to repair them so I called them up to make enquiries as to what could be wrong . The lady I spoke to was very helpful and She told me how my husband had fitted the replacement part incorrectly and very kindly posted me a replacement part which we had broken out for free which they really didn’t need to do . I was impressed that the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to knew how to give technical advice which is very rare these days when you usually get call centres and passed around the houses ! I would now always buy these clippers as the aftercare is good and beyond fair
