I sent my sheep clippers in for repair, but Ben called up and explained they couldn’t be repaired. They were very old, he was so friendly and helpful and even gave me a discount as I had purchased my last pair from them. I would highly recommended this company, it’s so nice to get such good customer service. 5 🌟 from me
