I ordered a Masterclip Clipper but unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery address and my parcel was sent back. I phoned Masterclip and they sent a new one out which arrived the next day. I've now used the Clipper and it's very quiet, lightweight and easy to use.
Very pleased with my purchase and 5* to Masterclip for Customer Service.
