When my clippers arrived the bottle of oil that was included had leaked. I messaged the company and within 5mins they had phoned me and arranged to send a replacement bottle.
Next day I received 2 bottles of clipper oil, (1 replacement and 1 good will gesture)
I used the clippers today, my 1st time clipping and a very hairy cob at that. They were so smooth and easy to use. My cob looks like a professional has clipped her.
Highly recommended product. 1st class service. Great honest company to deal with.
