Brilliant service, I had an issue with a trimmer, and unfortunately had to be in contact a lot over a number of weeks. The staff were amazingly helpful with verbal instructions as well as YouTube video links. They were very understanding and patient. After trying various options with my old trimmers, they gave me an option that worked perfectly. I'm so grateful for all the help and understanding and would 100% buy from them again and I'd not hesitate to go back if something popped up again in the future.
