Had dealings with Joe over a call about an issue I had with my MD Roamer clipper. I experienced a first class service as the issue involved some troubleshooting with Joe sending out various items to discover what item was causing my issue. Various trail items sent out FOC to solve the issue. All items received quickly by post and the issue was finally resolved. Very pleased with the service. First Class all round from Joe and the team.
