Absolute worst customer service experience. Was given wrong information about shipping (that I would qualify for free shipping and therefore be reimbursed because the problem was the system), and then no one would take responsibility for the fact that I was given wrong information and refund my shipping or in some way ensure I got the almost $80 in shipping - that I was essentially tricked into paying - back.
