The canvas arrives well packaged on a roll which preserves the smoothness of the canvas. That has not always been the case with other companies. The paintings are high quality. I love painting & have ordered a number of the paint-by-number & have not been disappointed by any of them. I ordered a custom painting from a portrait of my granddaughter. It turned out beautiful as you can see. I also support this company in that the paintings Are made in America.
