I spent over £200 online hoping I’d find a nice new outfit to wear on a first date.
When the parcel arrived everything had security tags still attached.
I don’t live near a Matalan store so I decided to return the clothes. However, the don’t offer free returns and I had to pay £17 for return shipping!!!
I spoke to Matalan about this and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
Then my tracking said it was delivered months ago but they have never refunded me.
Poor poor service, absolute sham
