Went to Matalan Yeovil for the first time. Never again!!! Woman at checkout was really rude and patronising and the customer she was serving made a racist comment about me to her. Bearing in mind the type of person she was I decided to ignore it as you never know when knives might come out.
I'm sticking with normal shops with normal, polite staff.
