I bought an Electric-Only Heated Towel Rail - 700 x 500 (online from their web page) from Matalan Direct. I was told when to expect the item which was delivered on time. Pleased with the price, the packing, the look and operation of the item. Easy to DIY fit just requiring four holes and plugs in the wall. The plastic mounts look ok. Just wonder how they respond to heat over time.
