Ordered a toilet which arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the item did not match the style of my bathroom and had to be returned. No fault of Matalan and they processed the returm promptly, efficiently and with a courteous, helpful attitude. Refund arrived in my account the day after the toilet was collected. Well done, Matalan. Also. well done to the delivery company, Final Mile - kept me informed of delivery and collection times. Great service all round. :)
