This is a 5 Star plus Review for Lynn from Matalan CO office After placing an order with Matalan one of my item’s arrived broken, so I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement but Matalan don’t do replacement’s they refund and you reorder and yes, I did find that a bit strange but when the item came back in stock, I reordered it only to get an email a few days later to say it was not in stock and I would get a refund for that order. At this point I contacted customer services as this item was to make a pair and they had gone out of stock again. After sending just 1 email to customer services I spoke to (and yes, I do mean spoke to a real person, NO BOTS, NO LIVE CHAT, NO MORE EMAILS, just actual physical verbal conversation, and that’s all people are asking for). Lynn from Matalan CO Office was amazing I do believe she went above and beyond doing her job, she contacted different stores until she found 1 and then she arranged the delivery. Thanks very much for been able to have a verbal conversation with a real person and you did what NO BOT could have done.
