I ordered the Elizabeth floor lamp. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I realised that the cord was broken in two. I got in touch with customer service and they promptly sent me another one, free of charge. Very pleased with the service I received from my customer service rep, Danan.
The lamp is also good quality too. Nice antique brass finish. Much sturdier than my previous IKEA one and love the convenient foot switch. Would definitely place another order for homewares in the future.
