Ordering from the website was very straightforward and communication prior to delivery could not be faulted. Delivery was on time, and couriers were polite and helpful. The item is of a very good standard and looks great in my bedroom. The reason why I haven't awarded 5 stars is that nowhere on the webpage did it state that the item required complete assembling. As I live on my own, putting the bed together required assistance from a neighbor, and I was concerned that the quality of the item would suffer from my incompetence. That said, the instructions were very clear (once I'd found them!) and the bed was assembled within 3 hours.
