I was in the Matalan store in Scunthorpe on Tuesday the 24 th, I was shopping for a specific product, a pair of high black boots, one of the shop assistants saw me searching and came over to help me , her name was Lorraine, we found the boots and I was really happy with them and also appreciative of Lorraines help. thank you. mrs s cooper.
