I have had 2 recent deliveries from matalan direct and with both deliveries there were mix ups due to lack of communication. However both mistakes have been resolved after a few phone calls to matalan direct, who were very helpful and apologetic . I am happy with my products, I will continue to shop with you and have recommend you to my friends. 😊
