We bought two suitcases at Matalan last Thursday. The quality of the suitcases impressed us. We got exceptional help from Chloe when we came to pay. She renewed my Matalan card which enabled us to get 10 percent off our bill. Chloe is a credit to Matalan Hartlepool. Very pleasant efficient and knowledgeable.
