I was really pleased to find the product I was looking for, cheaper at Matalan than elsewhere, even with postage! (However I have since fund the item cheaper still in another store.) I did find the separation between Matalan and Matalan Direct confusing, when it came to placing the order, in terms of delivery charges etc. However, once that was sorted and the order was placed, the products arrived quickly, and we are really pleased with them.
