I discovered Matalan Direct after being let down on delivery times and poor customer service by one of its leading competitors, I had to cancel that order and googled around for alternatives and found Matalan Direct, I must admit I overlooked them initially as their branding looked like they'd be too pricey for me but I am now sooooo glad I took another look as I got exactly what I wanted, cheaper and with a fast standard delivery and superb customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending to all I know. Thanks!
