I think that you can really tell the true integrity of a company by how they deal with problems when they crop-up and I can say without hesitation that Matalan Direct have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy in the end.
Their customer service is second to none and Sophie is exceptionally dedicated and probably the most conscientious person that I have ever come across in any company that I have ever dealt with.
