I had a few important but minor queries regarding my order. At all times the staff at Matalan direct who I dealt with (Sophie and Jake) were very concerned and keen to resolve them. In one case getting the manufacturer of a vanity unit to call me to advise on a drawer removal problem - it was resolved in 2 minutes of the call. I received a follow up call from Matalan to ensure my queries were resolved.
The initial delivery was next day and the quality of the goods excellent.
Unreservedly endorse them, a fabulous experience compared with many others.
