You received my return on 16 June at 08:49 I have emailed you 4 times and received a one reply Where you asked for my order details and proof of posting, both given. I have not heard anymore from you after repeated emails to you
It is now the 21July and still no refund
The next step is to get a chargeback on the credit card I used or take you to the small claims court.
