Items, a sink and tap, arrived less than 48 hours after ordering, extremely safely packed and both absolutely surpassed our expectations in quality and finish. Also had useful technical feedback from their customer service team prior to ordering. Only went to Matalan after a dismal experience with one of their rivals - not saying who but think "plumb" and "world" - and very frustrated that we didn't come across them earlier.
