Pleasantly surprised. After doing a lot of online research Matalan Direct seemed to have a good range at very reasonable prices. I was a bit skeptical when ordering our shower as I would normally go for a well known brand, but the shower from Matalan Direct is just as good and for a fraction of the price. Our delivery was unfortunately split in to two - but the customer service agent was very helpful when I rang and in the second half of the order was delivered the following day, so it wasn't too much of an issue. Good quality products and great prices - I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Matalan again.
